Wesley is responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of potential acquisition and development opportunities for all product types.

Career Highlights
Wesley joined Simmons Vedder Partners in 2006.

Prior to joining Simmons Vedder Partners, Wesley spent five years with Crow Holdings in Dallas, Texas, a private equity firm that directs investments on behalf of the Trammell Crow Family and its investment partners. During his first two years at Crow Holdings, Wesley was a financial analyst responsible for preparing detailed financial analysis for the acquisition, development and disposition of real estate assets involving all product types. As a financial analyst he was involved with the underwriting or asset management of over $1.2 billion in real estate assets. After two years as an analyst, Wesley was promoted to the position of vice president in the Multifamily and Land Group where he was responsible for the investment activity within various "target markets" in the United States, through acquisition, development, joint venture opportunities and relationship transactions with investment sales brokers. Within a two year period, Wesley led the acquisition of over $248 million in multifamily assets and oversaw the direct asset management of over 2,000 multifamily/apartment units.
