Since joining the firm Tiffany has been involved in the acquisition, underwriting, asset management, rehabilitation and development of multifamily, industrial and office projects. From 2002-2004 Tiffany was responsible for the phased rehabilitation of the 324-unit Sunset Ridge Apartments in the historical Alamo Heights neighborhood in San Antonio, TX.
