Associate, Multifamily Development << Back to SVP Team Role Mac is responsible for assisting in the development, acquisition, management, and marketing of multifamily projects. Career Highlights Mac joined Simmons Vedder Partners in early 2008. Prior to this, Mac worked with various developers and brokerage firms throughout the Greater Austin area. His portfolio covered all types of commercial and residential property, particularly multifamily product. Mac's responsibilities included property management, commercial and residential leasing and sales, and serving as senior manager of a highly profitable brokerage team. Mac's previous real estate experience culminated in the co-founding of his own real estate brokerage and investment company - Austin City Realty - which he successfully owned and operated until his arrival at SVP.
