Career Highlights Leisha joined Simmons Vedder Partners in 2003. Since that time she has been responsible for the research, underwriting, acquisition, management and marketing of various multifamily and commercial projects. From 2005-2007 Leisha was responsible for the development of Airport Commerce Park Ph. 1 which consists of six "flex" service center buildings situated on 44.324 acres located in Southeast Austin.
