Role
Justin is responsible for the sourcing, acquisition, development, repositioning, and management of real estate investment opportunities throughout Florida, including both new and existing residential, office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties.

Career Highlights
Justin joined Simmons Vedder Partners in 2006.

Prior to joining Simmons Vedder, he spent five years with O'Connor Capital Partners in New York, NY. After completing his graduate education at Columbia University, he joined O'Connor Capital Partners in 2001 as a Senior Analyst and helped spearhead underwriting, acquisitions, and asset management of all property types, concentrating on residential, office, and retail assets. He was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions and New Investments, becoming one of the youngest VPs in the company's history. He focused his acquisition and investment efforts on major North American markets including New York, Washington D.C., Boston, Denver, Chicago, Mexico City, San Diego, Texas, and all Florida markets. Throughout his time at O'Connor, Justin evaluated more than $10 billion of potential real estate investments and was at least partially responsible for the underwriting, investment, management, or development of more than $2 billion in O'Connor real estate transactions.

Prior to O'Connor, Justin worked as an investment and acquisitions associate at W&M Properties in New York, managing a NY-based retail property investment program for the firm. Previously, he worked on behalf of the PGA of America and the United States Golf Association spearheading course and facility preparation for the 1998 PGA Championship (Seattle, WA) and 1999 U.S. Open (Pinehurst, NC) respectively. He is a former National Merit Commendation Recipient and was named to the National Deans List in 1997.
