Career Highlights Jeff joined Simmons Vedder Partners in 2006. He has 20 years experience in commercial real estate. He spent from 1997 until mid-2006 with CarrAmerica Realty as its Managing Director, with responsibility for Austin, Dallas, Denver and Salt Lake City markets. During Jeff's tenure he oversaw over $300 million of office development encompassing over 2 million square feet of suburban office parks, mid-rise and high-rise office projects, acquisition of 750,000 square feet and general oversight of over 6 million square feet of office space. He was also a member of CarrAmerica's operating committee and investment committee. Jeff began his career as a leasing professional with Carlisle Property Company and later worked for Trammell Crow Company in both Dallas and Austin.
