Vice-President, Office Development << Back to SVP Team Role Jeff is responsible for execution of office development, leasing and management. Career Highlights Jeff joined Simmons Vedder Partners in 2006. He has 20 years experience in commercial real estate. He spent from 1997 until mid-2006 with CarrAmerica Realty as its Managing Director, with responsibility for Austin, Dallas, Denver and Salt Lake City markets. During Jeff's tenure he oversaw over $300 million of office development encompassing over 2 million square feet of suburban office parks, mid-rise and high-rise office projects, acquisition of 750,000 square feet and general oversight of over 6 million square feet of office space. He was also a member of CarrAmerica's operating committee and investment committee. Jeff began his career as a leasing professional with Carlisle Property Company and later worked for Trammell Crow Company in both Dallas and Austin.
