SouthCreek industrial buildings and finish out in Atlanta, Georgia
Triangle; an 850,000 sf phased residential/retail development in central Austin
West Campus Apartments; multiple student housing projects near the University of Texas in Austin

Prior to Simmons Vedder Partners, Gary spent 10 years with Lincoln Property Company in Austin and San Antonio, Texas before starting his own consulting firm. He was responsible for all aspects of project development: from feasibility analysis, land acquisition and budgeting to construction management and renovation management. He managed the development of over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate in Austin and San Antonio with an aggregate value in excess of $250 million. Some of his most notable developments projects were:

100 Congress office building (450,000 square feet) in Austin, Texas
Shepherd Mountain Plaza office building (118,000 square feet) in Austin, Texas
Motorola Parmer Lane Campus (1,000,000 square feet) in Austin, Texas
Lincoln Heights mixed use development (465 acres) in San Antonio, Texas
Lincoln Heights Shopping Center (150,000 square feet) in San Antonio, Texas
Lincoln Village Shopping Center (280,000 square feet) in Austin, Texas
Plaza 7000 office building (153,000 square feet) in Austin, Texas
La Frontera mixed use development (325 acres) in Round Rock, Texas
