Partner, Atlanta Region << Back to SVP Team Role Dudley is responsible for the sourcing, acquisition, development, repositioning, and management of real estate investment opportunities throughout Georgia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee, including both new and existing residential, office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. Career Highlights Dudley joined Simmons Vedder Partners in 2003. Prior to relocating to Atlanta, Dudley worked in SVP's Austin office as a development manager responsible for office, industrial, multifamily, and senior housing projects. During his tenure with SVP, he has been involved in the development of over $500 million of various real estate product types in several cities. Prior to SVP, he spent two years as a Development and Acquisitions Associate with JPI covering the Houston, Austin, and Dallas-Fort Worth markets. From 1999 until 2001, Dudley was a Marketing Associate for the Trammell Crow Company in Virginia.
