Vice President, Construction << Back to SVP Team Role Aubrey is responsible for coordinating and managing all phases of design, predevelopment, permitting and construction for the firm's new development projects. Career Highlights Aubrey joined Simmons Vedder Partners 1998. Since 1998, he has been involved in numerous Class A and B office and industrial projects throughout Austin, Atlanta, Houston and Orlando. To date, he has completed over 12 million square feet of commercial properties, whose aggregate value exceeds $1.2 billion. Prior to Simmons Vedder Partners, Aubrey spent 19 years with four different commercial real estate firms. He was responsible for all aspects of project development: from feasibility analysis, land acquisition and budgeting to construction management, renovation management and marketing. He managed the development of over five million square feet of commercial real estate in Houston, Austin, and Boca Raton with an aggregate value in excess of $450 million.
