 Description: The transit-oriented development will be a three-phase project consisting of a total of 2.5 million net rentable square feet of mixed-use product. The current site plan anticipates the construction of 1.5 million square feet of office, 1,469 multifamily units, and 29,000 square feet of retail.

The existing Lakeline Park & Ride site, which lines the east side of the property, will prove convenient in 2008 when Austin's Urban Commuter Rail service will operate on these tracts providing hassle-free transportation from Northwest Austin to downtown.
