Located in the Greater Greenspoint area, Greens Crossing is the preeminent business address in the dynamic northwest market of Greater Houston. Description: The buildings feature concrete tilt-wall exteriors with architectural accents, large truck courts (205 feet between buildings 1 and 2, 210 feet between buildings 2 and 3), and ample parking for both commercial and standard vehicles. Building 1 has 51 rear-loading dock doors; Building 2 has 94 cross-dock doors; Building 3 has 47 front-load dock doors. The floor construction features 20-ft, 32-ft, and 24-ft minimum clear heighths in buildings 1, 2, and 3, respectively; all three buildings have column spacings of 53.3 feet (north-south) and 45 feet (east-west).

Each building shall have the following systems: 2000 amp 480/277 3 phase electrical service with service gutters at both ends of the building; sanitary service routed through the building, 20' from the front of the building; 2" domestic water service, with a 1-1/2" valve and cap tap per bay; the fire sprinkler system shall be an ESFR type system.
