Description: Building construction is architectural pre-cast concrete tilt-wall with expansive high-efficiency glass. Phase I offers a parking ratio of 7:1000rsf; Phase II offers a parking ratio of 5:1000rsf. Finish ceiling heights of 10.5-ft and 11.5-ft in Phases I and II, respectively.
